This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through TrustLaunch.shop, a curated marketplace featuring early-stage and startup brands.
As a multi-vendor platform, products are sold and fulfilled directly by individual brands. TrustLaunch helps ensure a reliable experience, but the return and refund process is managed in collaboration with each vendor.
🔄 1. Order Cancellations
You can request to cancel an order under the following conditions:

Before Dispatch: Cancellation is possible only if the order has not yet been shipped.

Contact our support team at support@trustlaunch.shop or use your order dashboard. Please mention your Order ID.
Note:
Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to the return/refund policy below.
📦 2. Returns & Replacements
Since we feature independent brands, return eligibility may vary. However, we’ve outlined common rules below:
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:

The product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

You submit a request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

You provide unboxing photos and/or images of the issue as proof.
Return Is NOT Accepted If:

The item was custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order.

The product is used, washed, or not in its original packaging.

The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
Each brand may have minor variations in return acceptance — these will be clearly listed on the product page, if applicable.
💵 3. Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received by the vendor, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Refunds Are Applicable In Cases Of:

Order cancellations (if not shipped)

Returned defective or incorrect items

Out-of-stock items post-order
Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of:

Delivery of damaged products

Wrong or incomplete shipments
🔁 4. Exchange Requests
We currently do not support product exchanges. However, if the item is defective or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement (if stock is available).
📦 5. Return Pickup & Shipping

For eligible return requests, vendors may arrange a reverse pickup.

If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may be asked to self-ship the product to the brand’s address. In such cases, shipping charges (if approved) may be reimbursed.

Products must be packed securely to avoid transit damage.

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

Check your bank account or UPI app again.

Contact your payment provider or bank.
